Job summary

Hostinger seeks an AI Content Editor to own the end-to-end AI-powered content production process. You will research, develop prompts, edit, fact-check, and publish at scale, collaborating with writers, editors, SEO specialists, and product experts.

You’ll shape how Hostinger uses AI in content marketing, testing new tools and refining workflows to maintain high-quality, on-brand content across formats.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in content editing, copywriting, and content production.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools and large language models (e.g., ChatGPT/GPT-4, Jasper).
• Advanced prompt engineering skills to guide AI and troubleshoot prompts.
• Excellent writing and editing abilities with attention to detail and brand voice.
• Solid SEO knowledge and ability to optimize content for keywords and readability.
• Proficiency with WordPress and HTML-based publishing; familiar with metadata and linking.
• Familiarity with hosting tech; able to edit technical content for a general audience.
• Demonstrated adaptability to new tools and content styles.
• Strong communication and collaboration across writers, marketers, and editors.
• High degree of ownership and ability to drive content projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• AI-driven content creation: manage AI workflows to produce high-quality, SEO-friendly articles at scale.
• Editing & quality assurance: review, proofread, and edit AI-generated content for accuracy and tone.
• Prompt optimization: refine AI prompts and templates for better relevance and consistency.
• SEO: apply best practices for keywords, headlines, meta descriptions, and internal linking.
• Content repurposing: transform long-form content into formats for various channels.
• Editorial guidelines & consistency: develop and maintain voice, tone, and style guidelines.
• Publishing & CMS management: trigger automated publishing pipelines and schedule posts.
• Innovation & research: stay updated on AI content trends and test new tools.
