Job summary

Hostinger is seeking an AI Content Editor to lead the full AI-powered content production process from research and prompts to editing and publishing. You’ll use LLMs and AI tools to create accurate, SEO-friendly content at scale and collaborate with writers, editors, SEO specialists, and product experts.

The role requires 3+ years in content editing, strong AI/LLM skills, and expertise in SEO, CMS publishing (WordPress), and prompt engineering.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in content editing, copywriting, and content production, preferably in tech, SaaS, or digital marketing.

Responsibilities

• AI-driven content creation: Trigger and manage AI-driven content workflows to produce high-quality, SEO‑friendly articles and other content at scale.
• Editing & quality assurance: Review, proofread, and edit AI-generated content to ensure grammatical accuracy, proper tone, clarity, and factual correctness.
• Prompt optimization: Continuously refine AI prompts and templates to improve relevance and quality of output.
• SEO: Apply SEO best practices to maximize search visibility, including keywords, headlines, meta descriptions, and internal linking.
• Content repurposing: Extend existing content by repurposing into new formats (short-form content, newsletters, social posts).
• Editorial guidelines & consistency: Develop and maintain editorial guidelines and train teams on voice, tone, and style.
• Publishing & CMS management: Manage publishing pipelines and schedules; ensure proper formatting and metadata.
• Innovation & research: Stay updated on AI content creation trends and experiment with new tools and techniques.
