Job summary

Nasdaq is seeking a Software Engineer in Wroclaw to design and deliver scalable software for the AxiomSL AI product. You’ll contribute across the full lifecycle from architecture to implementation, tackling complex technical challenges in a fast-growing, innovation-driven team.

You will collaborate with engineering, product, and client-facing teams, mentoring peers and driving secure development practices. Hybrid work requires at least 3 days in the office in Wroclaw, Poland.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong Python backend development and SQL skills for structured data.
• Experience building/integrating APIs and services in enterprise environments.
• Experience with AI/ML-enabled products or platforms.
• Clear communication across engineering, product, and client-facing teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable software solutions across applications and architecture.
• Lead technical analysis, coding, testing, debugging and delivery of robust outcomes.
• Drive secure, cross-platform development practices and API integrations.
• Build integrations between AI services, data sources, and enterprise components.
• Mentor teammates and promote best practices for continuous improvement.
