Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking an Associate Director of Information Security with hands-on AI engineering leadership. You will build agentic workflows using Claude, Python, and the Microsoft stack to deliver secure, auditable automation across a global technology program.

You will guide cross-functional teams on AI adoption, set engineering standards, and own the automation estate. A senior technical role with responsibility for risk, policy, and program reporting.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in software, automation or data engineering, with senior technical ownership.
• Proven track record building production AI/automation solutions using Claude and related tools.
• Strong Python programming and data workflow automation experience.
• Experience delivering security, risk or audit reporting to senior audiences.
• Excellent English communication and ability to work with globally distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and operate AI agents and automation that produce recurring program reporting.
• Own the AI and automation roadmap for the program, prioritizing based on effort saved and risk reduced.
• Guide teams on applying AI within the function's services and processes.
• Establish safe, consistent AI adoption practices across the function.
• Verify AI output with data source reconciliation and build error handling into systems.
• Set technical standards for AI use, prompts, context engineering, and governance.
