Job summary

N-iX is seeking an experienced AI Architect to lead discovery and early implementation of an enterprise AI-assisted SDLC transformation. This hands-on role combines GenAI solution architecture, agentic engineering, AI adoption and technical discovery.

You will evolve an existing agentic framework into a scalable production-ready AI-enabled SDLC model, shaping architecture, driving adoption and turning AI capabilities into engineering outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, engineering leadership, or technical consulting with a focus on Generative AI.
• Proven experience leading GenAI adoption or enterprise AI engineering initiatives.
• Hands-on knowledge of LLMs, RAG, AI agents, agentic workflows, prompt/context engineering, tool calling, and multi-agent systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical discovery and AI adoption assessment across SDLC, AI usage, architecture, tooling, processes and team readiness.
• Assess the existing AI/agentic engineering framework and define the target state and roadmap.
• Define the GenAI solution architecture and implementation approach including integrations with Jira/Confluence, CI/CD and related systems.
• Translate findings into a prioritized transformation roadmap with dependencies, risks and decisions.
• Lead design and implementation of agentic workflows, prompts/skills, context access, guardrails and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Define AI governance, observability, telemetry, auditability in collaboration with security, architecture and compliance.
• Oversee pilot execution end-to-end and turn learnings into reusable AI engineering practices.
