Job summary

IQVIA Inc is seeking an hands-on AI Architect to design, govern, and scale enterprise-grade Agentic AI, Copilot, and Intelligent Automation solutions. The role combines AI architecture, data strategy, evaluation engineering, governance, and automation to deliver secure, scalable AI solutions for enterprise needs.

You will lead multi-agent systems, define enterprise AI strategy, and collaborate with product, security, data, and business stakeholders to drive measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years in AI/ML, Generative AI, Agentic AI, Copilot, or Intelligent Automation.
• Strong Python expertise for AI agents, APIs, automation services, data pipelines, and evaluation platforms.
• Hands-on experience with FastAPI, LangChain, LangGraph, Pandas, and related tools.
• Experience with Cursor AI, GitHub Copilot, and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, and similar platforms.
• Knowledge of graph APIs, OAuth2, API design, Docker, Kubernetes, event-driven architectures.
• Experience designing AI evaluation datasets, ROI assessments, and business cases.

Responsibilities

• Architecture & Solution Design for Agentic AI and automation.
• Lead enterprise AI platform decisions spanning models, agent frameworks, and data platforms.
• Define enterprise AI strategy, standards, governance, and reusable accelerators.
• Collaborate with product, security, data, and business stakeholders to deliver high-value AI opportunities.
• Oversee architecture reviews and ARB delivery across multiple AI initiatives.
• Design secure enterprise integrations with ERP, CRM, HR, Finance, and SharePoint.
• Govern knowledge architectures, data strategies, and scalable AI data pipelines.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, observability, security, and cost efficiency.
