Job summary

Capgemini Engineering Kraków is seeking an experienced AI Solution Architect to act as a technical authority for AI architectures across priority use cases. You will bridge reusable platform services and production delivery, driving scalability, cost efficiency, and alignment with enterprise goals.

You will design and enforce standard AI architecture patterns, lead cross‑team collaborations, and mentor delivery partners while contributing to PI planning and executive reviews. Hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, with 3–5 years focused on AI/ML solutions.
• Deep expertise in Generative AI architecture, RAG pipelines, agentic frameworks, and LLM orchestration.
• Experience designing scalable, reusable AI architecture patterns across multiple use cases and teams.

Responsibilities

• Embed with client AI teams to understand priority use cases and current architecture.
• Define and enforce standard AI architecture patterns, including model selection, RAG design, chunking, and multi-agent coordination.
• Identify and consolidate duplicated components into shared reusable services to reduce technical debt.
• Design observability and evaluation frameworks for AI systems in production.
• Participate in PI Planning and executive reviews, advising VP/Director-level stakeholders and coaching partners.

Your role

In this role you will serve as the technical authority and strategic advisor for AI solution architecture across a portfolio of high-priority use cases, bridging the gap between reusable AI platform services and production delivery - driving alignment, scalability, and cost efficiency at enterprise scale.

Your tasks

• Embedding with the client AI team to develop a thorough understanding of all priority use cases, existing architecture, and current technical approaches across multiple delivery partners
• Defining and enforcing standard AI architecture patterns across use cases, including model selection strategies, RAG pipeline design, chunking approaches, LLM orchestration frameworks, and multi-agent coordination
• Identifying and eliminating duplicated components across teams, mandating consolidation into shared reusable services to reduce technical debt and increase delivery efficiency
• Designing and implementing observability, evaluation, and monitoring frameworks covering latency, accuracy, hallucination tracking, and cost management for AI systems in production
• Participating in PI Planning sessions and executive reviews, providing technical visibility and strategic recommendations to VP and Director-level stakeholders, and upskilling delivery partner teams on validated architectural patterns and best practices

Your profile

• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, with at least 3 to 5 years specifically focused on AI/ML solutions, including deep expertise in Generative AI architecture, RAG pipelines, agentic frameworks, and LLM orchestration
• Proven ability to design scalable, reusable AI architecture patterns across multiple use cases and teams, with experience in chunking strategies, hybrid retrieval methods combining semantic and keyword search, and re-ranking techniques
• T-shaped technical expertise with depth in AI solution architecture and breadth across data architecture, integration patterns, and infrastructure, including experience with enterprise platforms such as Databricks, SharePoint, and ERP systems
• Strong knowledge of observability and evaluation frameworks for AI systems in production, with experience making fit-for-purpose versus technical debt determinations for platform and AI Foundry reusable services
• Demonstrated experience in a strategic advisory capacity across multiple delivery partners in enterprise settings, with executive communication skills, a track record of influencing without authority, and experience coaching and developing junior and mid-level architects
