Selvita, a global integrated service provider with laboratories in Kraków, Poznań and Wrocław, is seeking an Analytical Specialist to join the Analytical Chemistry Team in Kraków. You will apply your expertise in HPLC and GC to support formulation development and analytical studies for agrochemical clients worldwide, spanning early development to regulatory submissions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Agrochemistry, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of laboratory experience in analytical chemistry, agrochemistry, or a related field.
• Practical experience with chromatographic techniques (HPLC/UHPLC/GC).
• Good command of English (B2 or higher) and communicative Polish skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Perform analyses using High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and Gas Chromatography (GC).
• Measure physicochemical parameters of active substances and formulations (pH, appearance, solubility, etc.).
• Prepare samples, standards, and reagents for analytical testing.
• Record analytical results and prepare technical reports.
• Conduct method validation studies and documentations.
• Collaborate with team members, cross-functional teams, and clients to interpret data and develop strategies.
• Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
