Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst in Warsaw to lead Agiloft CLM configurations and integrations. You will drive discovery sessions, document requirements, and translate business needs into functional specs for technical teams, focusing on workflows, tables, rules, and UI improvements within Agiloft.

You will collaborate with developers and stakeholders to prioritize backlog, develop test cases, manage UAT, and support change management for production deployments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of configurations and integrations experience preferably in contract lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience creating workflows, tables, rules, and UI customizations.
• Familiarity with enterprise systems such as OneTrust, SAP, Ariba, Workday, Safesforce or other platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement-gathering and discovery sessions for configuration enhancements, workflow improvements, and integration updates.
• Document detailed business requirements, process flows, user stories, and use cases to support development and configuration efforts.
• Translate business needs into actionable functional specifications for technical teams.
• Define functional requirements for new and existing system integrations involving Agiloft and external enterprise applications.
• Develop comprehensive test cases and acceptance criteria for new configurations, integrations, and enhancements.
• Lead or coordinate functional testing, validate end-to-end scenarios, and manage UAT cycles.
