Job summary

Infosys Consulting in Kraków, Poland, is seeking experienced Agile Transformation professionals to join our Workforce Transformation practice across Europe. You will drive agile delivery and transformation at team and program levels, collaborating with an international, energetic team.

You will coach, advise senior client leaders, and contribute to thought leadership while maintaining strong English and German communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Agile delivery and coaching experience.
• Expert in Agile, Scaled Agile and Product Management.
• Holds an Agile certification (e.g., PSM or SAFe Scrum Master).
• Proven delivery via recognised agile methodologies.
• Proven coaching and influencing at team level.
• Broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and English & German (C2); willing to travel.
• International mobility within Europe.

Responsibilities

• Support agile transformation engagements at team and portfolio levels.
• Undertake Agile coaching engagements including SAFe, DAD and LeSS.
• Perform Agile roles: Program Manager, Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer or Product Owner.
• Own client deliverables to ensure timely outcomes.
• Advise client leaders and support other consultants in Workforce Transformation.
• Contribute to thought leadership, IP and tools.

About your role

• Support agile transformation engagements at team and portfolio levels
• Undertake Agile coaching engagements, including Agile at Scale methodologies such as Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD) and Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS)
• Undertake agile delivery engagements in the form of Agile Program Manager, Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer or Product Owner
• Assume ownership for client deliverables to ensure that engagement deliverables and outcomes are realized in a timely manner
• Play an advisory role to client leaders in industry sectors, and support other consultants within the Workforce Transformation practice
• Contribute to Workforce Transformation thought leadership, intellectual property and methods/tools

Requirements

• 5+ years of Agile delivery and coaching experience
• Experienced and expertise in Agile, Scaled Agile and Product Management
• Holds a recognised Agile qualification or certification (e.g. PSM; SAFe Scrum Master)
• Experience of successful delivery via a recognised agile methodology
• Proven record of coaching and influencing at team level
• Have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
• Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German (C2 proficiency), project-related mobility/willingness to travel.
• SAP transformation experience would be a plus
• While your base location will be Poland, you are eagerly seeking to join an internationally-mobile European team.
