Job summary

AMD is seeking a senior AI workflow engineer to help embed agentic AI into Compute and Graphics. You will build and ship automation tools, drive adoption, and collaborate across teams to solve real-world workflow bottlenecks.

The role requires 6+ years of technical experience, strong Python/SQL, and hands-on experience with AI tooling (Claude Code, Cursor) and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS). You will communicate clearly and manage multiple AI-related workstreams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical experience, including 1+ year building and shipping AI workflows.
• Fluency with AI development tooling: agent frameworks, API integrations, Claude Code, Cursor, and cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
• Strong in Python and SQL, plus at least one other common language
• A track record of AI tools, automations, or agentic systems that changed real work, not demos
• Evidence that people you enabled actually changed how they work
• Able to explain technical ideas to non-technical people
• Comfortable running several relationships and workstreams at once, across a range of AI skill levels
