Intellectsoft is seeking an AI engineering specialist to lead the design and deployment of agentic workflows using Claude from the Anthropic ecosystem. You will partner with business stakeholders, build AI agents and skills, and mentor a business owner toward independent operation.

Our client's organization is transitioning from a decentralized, grassroots approach to AI adoption toward a centrally governed AI Center of Excellence (COE). The primary mandate of the COE is to establish enterprise architecture standards and redesign high-value business workflows using AI-first principles. Rather than focusing on standard software development life cycle (SDLC) prompts, this initiative specializes in building production-ready, orchestrated multi-agent pipelines.

A proven benchmark within this stream is an automated training course generation workflow that successfully orchestrated 16 distinct AI roles (e.g., Document Analyst, Storyboard Writer, QA Analyst) under a single human approval gate, reducing the production cycle from 3 months to 2.5 weeks while operating on optimized token budgets. The COE aims to identify and execute 3 to 5 additional high-value use cases across departments over the next four to five months.

• Advanced AI & Agentic Fluency: Demonstrated technical expertise in building complex prompt engineering schemas, multi-agent architectures, and managing LLM behavior, with deep hands-on specialization in the Anthropic (Claude) ecosystem.
• Workflow Design Acumen: Proven capability to systematically map business processes, identify systemic bottlenecks, and reconstruct workflows from scratch rather than simply "bolting" AI onto pre-existing manual steps.
• High Emotional Intelligence (EQ): Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Must possess the ability to build immediate trust, psychological safety, and alignment with non-technical business owners who may be unfamiliar with or wary of agentic AI frameworks.
• Pedagogical & Coaching Skills: Natural aptitude for teaching, patience, and mentoring non-technical professionals. Ability to translate complex engineering, token optimization, and routing concepts into actionable operational knowledge for business users.

Responsibilities:

• Workflow Reorchestration: Partner directly with internal business stakeholders to analyze, map, and fundamentally redesign existing operational processes into agentic workflows. This requires structural process decomposition - identifying exactly which tasks should be delegated to autonomous AI agents versus which actions must be retained by a human.
• Agent & Skill Development: Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI agents and specialized skills, utilizing custom orchestration logic via the Anthropic Command Line Interface, with Claude serving as the primary core model.
• Co-Design & Enablement Partnership: Work side-by-side with a designated "AI Champion" (the business-side subject matter expert owning the specific use case) through early-stage discovery, workflow redesign, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Active Technical Mentorship: Execute an intentional knowledge-transfer mandate. This is not a "build-and-walk-away" engagement; the engineer is directly responsible for actively teaching and coaching the AI Champion to independently extend, troubleshoot, and evolve the workflows over time. Success is measured by the autonomy and technical fluency of the business owner by the end of the engagement.
• Operational Balancing: Manage a fluid project lifecycle that begins with an initial 50/50 split between business discovery/workflow mapping and active engineering, shifting dynamically up to a 75/25 split based on specific use-case needs.
