Hightouch is seeking an Agency Solutions Engineer to own the technical win by partnering with Account Executives and agency partners. You will drive the full technical sales motion, from discovery and architecture to tailored demos and rigorous validation, engaging across agency-led and partner-led opportunities.

You will translate client needs into practical architectures and guide multi-stakeholder buying processes while advancing AI-driven data activation.

Competenze

• 5+ years in enterprise pre-sales or solutions engineering.
• Lead technical discovery and solution design with technical and business audiences.
• Deep familiarity with cloud data warehouses, data modeling, data engineering, integrations, and APIs.
• Proven ability to build technical champions across buying committees.
• Experience in competitive enterprise sales motions (MEDDPICC, Command the Message) is a strong plus.
• Curious, ambitious, humble, and team-oriented.

• Lead technical discovery with agencies and clients to understand data architecture and business goals.
• Design and deliver tailored product demos and architectural solutions.
• Own end-to-end technical evaluations: scoping, design, pilot planning, execution, validation, and recommendations.
• Build deep technical relationships with agency leaders, data/marketing teams, and clients.
• Partner with Account Executives and stakeholders to navigate buying committees and plan next steps.
• Explain how Hightouch fits into client environments and partner models.
• Coordinate with Product/Engineering to resolve risks and validate boundaries.
• Advise agencies on AI workflows, data activation, identity, and decisioning capabilities.
