Job summary

Applitrack is seeking Substitute After the Bell Support Staff to provide after-school care for elementary students across multiple locations. The role involves supervising 30–65 children, leading age-appropriate activities, and maintaining a safe, engaging environment after school hours.

The position requires experience with youth, strong communication, and adherence to PBIS guidelines. Flexible hours, fingerprinting, and district-wide opportunities are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience working with youth or related disciplines (minimum 1 year).
• Ability to communicate clearly and problem-solve quickly.
• Must obtain Food Handlers Card and CPR/First Aid before employment.
• Must complete required ELD/ODHS training before employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead age-appropriate after-school activities for K-5 students.
• Supervise 30–65 children in large and small groups (ratio ~1:15).
• Engage in games, enrichment, STEAM and recreational activities.
• Apply PBIS guidelines to support student behavior.
• Provide active supervision and communicate concerns promptly.
