Easy Outsource seeks a Corporate Travel Agent to assist travellers after regular hours, handling rebookings and hotel changes to ensure smooth corporate travel experiences.

You will work remotely with VPN access, utilize Travelport GDS and Atriis, and follow policy-based procedures to manage profiles and spending limits. Excellent communication and rapid learning are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience with GDS/Travelport.
• Proven customer service experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to learn new technologies within 1–3 months.
• Reliable internet and ability to work remotely with VPN.
• Familiarity with NDC content is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate assistance to travellers facing issues such as flight cancellations, delays, and hotel changes.
• Handle after-hours calls with efficient problem resolution and exceptional customer service.
• Interpret traveller profiles and adhere to company policies, including spending limits.
• Independently manage incoming call volume, especially during peak holiday seasons.
• Develop proficiency in using Travelport GDS and the Atriis online booking system.
• Record and maintain all interactions and transactions during shifts.
