Sii Poland is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to ensure supplier quality and compliance in the aerospace sector, with regular client-site presence in Niepołomice (min 3 days/week). You will lead audits, enforce quality requirements, and drive improvements across suppliers and internal teams.

The role requires extensive experience in AS 9100, NADCAP, FMEA, and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, including travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in quality engineering or manufacturing
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Expert in AS 9100 and NADCAP
• Proficient in FMEA and risk analysis
• Able to read drawings and specs
• Experience with supplier collaboration
• Polish and English language skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct supplier audits for AS 9100 compliance
• Communicate quality requirements to suppliers
• Utilize APQP, PPAP, and FAI for project launches
• Analyze supplier performance and drive improvements
• Collaborate with sourcing to develop supplier capabilities
• Travel domestically and internationally for audits
• Serve as SQE site lead on projects
