Job summary

Woodward Poland expects engineers to design and develop electrical systems that meet project goals and industry standards. You will analyze issues and implement solutions for moderately complex problems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical solutions and mentor newer members.

You will also contribute to process improvements and produce detailed technical documentation to communicate progress and troubleshooting procedures to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Problem Analysis and Resolution: Analyzes technical issues and implements solutions for moderately complex electrical problems, ensuring efficient and effective performance.
