Woodward is seeking skilled electronics engineers for the Aerospace Electronics department in Niepołomice, Poland. You will design and develop controllers for airborne engines, focusing on driving motors and solenoids with advanced power stages and control logic.

Responsibilities include circuit design, motor control software development, simulations, and cross‑functional collaboration within international teams. Hybrid work arrangement and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in electronics or related field.
• 2–3+ years of electronics engineering experience (aerospace background is a plus).
• Proven experience in analog and digital circuit design.
• Knowledge of motor drive systems, modeling and control.

Mansioni

• Analyze customer requirements and derive suitable hardware solutions.
• Create the electrical concept and schematics.
• Develop motor control software and interfacing hardware components (sensors, power stages).
• Run simulations and analysis of designed circuits.
• Test plan creation, test setup definition, test execution and reporting.
• Guide electronic teams in designing advanced electrical solutions.
• Identify improvements to optimize workflows and increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal and external SMEs on medium to large projects.
