Job summary

Airbus Helicopters Polska is seeking a Skywise Aeronautical Analyst - Airport+ to support the Airport+ production line (ROPS and AMDB) and the outsourced department. The role covers daily workflow management, data qualification, and updates to Skywise Airport+ products in line with specifications and quality standards.

This temporary position spans 2 years, with a hybrid work model including three days weekly in the Gdansk Olivia Business Centre.

Responsibilities

• Support the Airport+ production line and out-sourced team with Airport+ data and tools.
• Ensure data quality and database integrity across workflows.
• Validate data between eAIP and Geomatic production.
• Manage work progress and meet production targets.
• Prepare reports and communicate issues to relevant stakeholders.
• Update Skywise Airport+ products per specifications and quality standards.

A Skywise Aeronautical Analyst - Airport+ is responsible for the internal support to the Airport+ production line (ROPS and AMDB products) including the out-sourced department. Continued support will be in the form of day-to-day workflow management, query resolution, problem solving and performance management and also be able to update the Skywise products of Airport+ production line as per Skywise specifications and quality standards.
Please note that the position is a temporary role for 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Support Out-Sourced production team of Airport+, bringing Airport expertise and knowledge on tool and final products
• Updated data analysis to secure Database integrity and quality
• Qualification of the data between eAIP and Geomatic production
• Work In Progress identification on airports and follow-up
• Committee report creation to conduct correct airports production
• Able to update Skywise products of Airport+ production line as per Skywise specification, instructions and quality standards.
• Using instruction and overarching guidelines, raise queries with aeronautical publication providers to clarify documents and resolve issues.
• Communicate effectively within the team and to others departments any inconsistencies or missing information in the AIP and follow up corrective actions
• Manage personal workload effectively using organizational and time management skills to achieve scheduled production targets.
