This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an AEP Enterprise Architect in Poland.

In this role, you will serve as the technical and strategic leader for enterprise-wide digital marketing technology initiatives, focusing on Adobe Experience Platform solutions. You will collaborate closely with clients, guiding architecture, integration, and implementation to meet business objectives while shaping digital strategy. The role requires executive-level communication, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of cloud architectures, APIs, and enterprise systems. You will influence both technical solutions and business outcomes, advising senior client leadership on best practices and future-state architecture. This position offers a high-impact, consultative environment where your expertise will directly drive the success of large-scale digital transformations. Your work will balance technical delivery, strategic planning, and mentorship of cross-disciplinary teams.

Accountabilities

• Act as the lead architect and technology advisor for the implementation of Adobe Experience Platform and related digital marketing solutions
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to define use cases, objectives, and architectural requirements
• Design and implement system and application architectures that meet defined digital experience and business needs
• Build and maintain relationships with executive and senior client leadership, providing guidance and recommendations
• Align business strategies, IT roadmaps, and technical deployment teams to ensure seamless execution
• Identify future technology requirements, anticipate challenges, and communicate recommendations in deliverables
• Serve as a trusted advisor on digital experience technology maturity and advocate for improvements to client teams
• Share client feedback with product engineering and management teams to enhance product capabilities
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, data architects, and developers, to deliver end-to-end solutions

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, digital marketing technology, or equivalent consultative roles
• Deep expertise with Adobe Experience Cloud, Customer Data Platforms, or similar digital marketing products
• Strong understanding of cloud architectures and services, including Microsoft Azure and Amazon AWS
• Proven experience with architecture frameworks such as API, SOA, and TOGAF, including web services integration
• Demonstrated ability to translate business vision into technical architecture and solution requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive-level presentations and documentation
• Experience leading multi-functional teams to execute architecture vision and end-to-end solutions
• Ability to travel at least 50% of the time
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
