Job summary

Dentsu Polska is seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Platform specialist to design and optimize data and activation workflows for client campaigns in Warsaw. You will translate business needs into technical AEP configurations and support live deployments.

Requirements include 2+ years in AEP, XDM, audiences, SQL, JSON, and Polish fluent with English B2/C1. You will run client workshops, write documentation, and collaborate with Azure services for data integrations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on with Adobe Experience Platform and at least one live deployment.
• Experience with XDM schemas, identity namespaces, datasets, and merge policies.
• Build and activate audiences in Real-Time CDP to destinations.
• Strong SQL skills, especially Query Service; JSON relevant.
• Communicate with client stakeholders and run workshops.
• Polish fluent, English B2/C1.

Responsibilities

• Analyse client data sources and translate to AEP requirements.
• Design and maintain XDM schemas and merge policies.
• Configure data ingestion, batch and streaming sources.
• Implement data collection with Web SDK and Mobile SDK.
• Build and validate audiences in Real-Time CDP.
• Write SQL in Query Service and Data Distiller for checks.
• Configure journeys, offers, and decisioning rules in AEP.
• Support integrations with Azure Event Hubs and Data Factory or AEP APIs.
• Participate in client workshops and later run them.
• Write clear technical documentation for client teams.
