Job summary

Chabre is seeking an AEP/AJO Engineer to translate client data into technical requirements for Adobe Experience Platform and design XDM schemas and merge policies. You will implement data collection via Web SDK and Tags, build audiences in Real-Time CDP, and integrate AEP with Azure services.

The role includes workshops, documentation, and gradual ownership of tasks. Ideal candidates have 2+ years with AEP, strong SQL, JSON, and familiarity with AEP APIs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on with Adobe Experience Platform and at least one live implementation
• Knowledge of XDM schemas, identity namespaces, datasets, profiles and merge policies
• Experience building audiences in Real-Time CDP and activating them via destinations
• Strong SQL skills, preferably with Adobe Experience Platform Query Service
• Familiarity with JSON, AEP APIs, Postman
• Experience collecting requirements, workshops, and explaining trade-offs to clients
• Polish and English proficiency at B2/C1 level
• Nice to have: Adobe Real-Time CDP Developer or Journey Optimizer Developer certs
• Experience with Web SDK or Mobile SDK, Tags, datastreams and event forwarding
• Azure data services knowledge (Event Hubs, Data Factory) or similar cloud platforms
• Familiarity with Adobe App Builder, Customer Journey Analytics or Adobe Analytics
• Experience in banking/insurance or regulated industries especially around consent and data governance

Job description

Working as an AEP/AJO Engineer, you will:

Analyse client data sources and business use cases, translating them into technical requirements for Adobe Experience Platform.

Design and maintain XDM schemas, field groups, identity namespaces and merge policies.

Configure batch and streaming data ingestion, including Data Prep mappings and datasets.

Implement data collection using Web SDK, Mobile SDK, Tags, datastreams and event forwarding.

Build and validate audiences in Real-Time CDP and configure destinations for audience activation.

Write SQL queries in Query Service and Data Distiller to validate data, create derived datasets and define computed attributes.

Configure journeys, offers and decisioning rules in Adobe Journey Optimizer.

Integrate Adobe Experience Platform with client infrastructure, including Azure Event Hubs, Azure Data Factory and AEP APIs.

Participate in client workshops, design sessions and platform training, gradually taking ownership of these activities.

Prepare clear technical documentation that enables client teams to maintain and develop implemented solutions independently.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform, including at least one implementation that went live.

Practical knowledge of XDM schemas, identity namespaces, datasets, profiles and merge policy configuration.

Experience building audiences in Real-Time CDP and activating them through destinations.

Solid SQL skills, preferably including Adobe Experience Platform Query Service.

Familiarity with JSON, AEP APIs and tools such as Postman.

Experience working directly with client stakeholders, gathering requirements, facilitating workshops and explaining technical trade-offs.

Native or fluent Polish and English proficiency at B2/C1 level.

Nice to have:

Adobe certifications, particularly Real-Time CDP Developer or Journey Optimizer Developer.

Experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer, including journeys, offer decisioning and personalisation.

Experience with Web SDK or Mobile SDK, Tags, datastreams and event forwarding.

Knowledge of Data Distiller, including derived datasets, computed attributes and scheduled queries.

Experience with Azure data services, such as Event Hubs and Data Factory, or other cloud data platforms.

Familiarity with Adobe App Builder, Customer Journey Analytics or Adobe Analytics.

Experience delivering projects in banking, insurance or other regulated industries, particularly in areas involving consent management and data governance.
