Advanced Production Control & Logistic Engineer (BGEU) – M / W / N

Location: Katowice, Poland. Workplace: Hybrid. Employment type: Permanent, Full‑time.

Responsibilities

• Ensure on‑time delivery of supply chain concepts and logistics costs during RFQs, including calculations of transport, packaging, sequencing, logistics services and warehouse rental cost.
• Prepare plants to receive new programs according to ConSense processes.
• Initiate, develop and validate efficient and cost‑effective Production Control & Logistics concepts in collaboration with program teams and plant staff.
• Define and validate the final PC&L concept together with program team members and plant.
• Ensure complete logistics handover to the plant.
• Prepare logistics flow concepts and cost proposals for RFQ.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in automotive PC&L.
• Knowledge of logistics project planning and optimization.
• Expertise in customer partner portals.
• University degree.
• Specialized knowledge in automotive logistics.
• Experience in value‑stream analysis and optimization.
• Fluent in English.
