Job summary

SD Solutions is seeking a talented Software Developer to join our Engineering team on behalf of AdTech Client #1. You will contribute to the development, enhancement, and maintenance of our main platform, working across backend and frontend layers.

The role uses Java, Spring Boot, MongoDB, AWS, Docker and Kubernetes, with opportunities to integrate external APIs and services. A strong problem-solver who can learn quickly and collaborate with teammates will thrive.

Qualifications

• BSc in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 2+ years of production-grade enterprise web apps and distributed systems experience.
• Strong Java experience with the Spring framework.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
• Experience with modern UI frameworks (Angular, Vue, React).
• Team player with strong communication and ability to learn independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain the main platform across backend and frontend.

• Play a vital role in contributing to the development, enhancement, and maintenance of our main platform by actively engaging in both backend and frontend development tasks.
• Utilize a wide variety of technologies, including Java, Spring Boot, MongoDB, Vertica, MySQL, AWS, S3, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Conduct research on core technologies and integrate external APIs and third-party services.
• Provide effective solutions to ongoing technical challenges.

Requirements

• BSc in Computer Science or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in developing complex enterprise web applications and distributed systems in production.
• Experience in Java programming with a strong emphasis on Spring framework.
• Experience in working with relational and non-relational databases
• Experience with modern UI frameworks (Angular, Vue, React) - an advantage!
• A highly motivated team player with a strong “can-do” attitude and great interpersonal skills
• A self- learner that can work independently and multi-task effectively
• BSc in Computer Science or equivalent
