SD Solutions is recruiting for a Senior Java Developer to join a fintech client project in Warsaw. You will work on an online card payment system handling millions of transactions daily, with a focus on scalable, reliable Java-based services.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of hands-on Java development, strong knowledge of Java ecosystem (Spring, Hibernate, SQL) and experience with AWS, automation tests, and CD.

Qualificações

• At least 5 years of hands-on Java development experience.
• High level of expertise in Java and solid knowledge of the listed technologies/tools.
• Academic degree in IT/programming field.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality code with scalability and reliability.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Work as a Senior Java Engineer for an online card payment system handling millions of transactions daily for 1000+ merchants in 160 currencies, with 99,995% uptime.
• Build new features and automated tests with the highest attention to code quality and CD rules.
• Find and improve solutions for technical and business issues.
• Collaborate with highly skilled specialists using efficient technologies and tools.

Responsibilities:

• Work as a Senior Java Engineer for an online card payment system that processes millions of transactions a day for 1000+ merchants in 160 currencies, with 99,995% uptime
• Work with technologies such as: Java, Kotlin, Spring, Hibernate, SQL, Selenium, Gradle, AWS
• Building new features and automated tests with the highest attention to code quality and Continuous Delivery rules
• Finding and improving solutions for both technical and business issues
• Working with highly skilled specialists with the most efficient technologies and tools

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of hands-on Java development experience - not only coding but also problem-solving with a medium to high level of autonomy in projects
• High level of expertise in Java and a solid knowledge of the listed technologies/tools
• Academic degree in IT/programming field
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality code with attention to scalabilityand reliability.
• Strong analytical skills and a predisposition for innovative thinking
• Decision-making approach and a goal-oriented attitude
• Fluency in English
• An open-minded and easygoing personality is a must - we like to like each other!
