Spelman College seeks an Admissions Recruitment Specialist to support recruitment travel, events, and daily admissions operations. You will prepare materials, manage inventory, and process applicant data with accuracy.
This hybrid role requires strong customer service, teamwork, and familiarity with Slate CRM or similar systems. You will assist Welcome Center staff and coordinate requisitions to ensure smooth admissions workflows.

The position ensures timely distribution of materials, coordination of requisitions, and high-quality customer service to prospective students, families, and school counselors. This role also supports Welcome Center operations, staff engagement activities, and maintains a strong on-campus presence to ensure consistency in daily Admissions operations.
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire and must maintain authorization throughout employment. This position is not eligible for sponsorship. This position is contingent upon the availability of sufficient funding.

High school diploma required. Minimum of two to three years of experience in recruitment support, customer service, admissions operations, or related administrative experience. Experience with digital workflows, inventory management, or CRM platforms preferred.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have beginning (prefer intermediate level) skills using Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel) and email; experience and understanding of relational database; strongly preferred knowledge of Banner SIS experience; assist with up keep of process documentation.
