Pearl Abyss Europe seeks an Admin & HR Generalist to support the Amstelveen office, bridging HQ Korea and local teams. You will manage daily administration, payroll support, and HR processes while fostering a positive workplace culture.

The role combines office management with people operations, offering opportunities to coordinate cross-functional projects across Marketing, Live Operations, and Product teams in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in business English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Korean (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily office administration and HR support for Amstelveen office.
• Coordinate payroll data and HR reporting with HQ Korea and local teams.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
