Job summary

Aviva Services Excellence Centre in Poland is seeking experienced actuarial/data professionals who want to deepen their technical expertise. You will shape solutions, influence design decisions, and further develop modelling and data-related knowledge and skills.

You will automate data workflows, own end-to-end model input processes, and contribute to the development and maintenance of analytical tools while collaborating across cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of experience in actuarial, analytical, modelling or data-focused roles.
• Experience in actuarial modelling.
• Ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and structured approach to analysis.
• Experience working in a project-based environment, including prioritisation and ownership.
• Very good command of English (spoken and written).
• Actuarial exams (completed or in progress) are a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

What will you be doing?

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data and model requirements and deliver robust solutions
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and security across all stages of the data lifecycle
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality, secure, and maintainable solutions

What we’re looking for
