Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Fluent Polish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in shared services, multinational environments, or matrix organizations is a plus.
• Professional accounting certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA are appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and support the daily activities of the local accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial operations.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members while fostering a collaborative and supportive team culture.
• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial reporting, accounting records, and compliance activities.
• Coordinate workload prioritization and support the team in managing operational challenges and changing business priorities.
• Work closely with regional finance leadership and cross-functional stakeholders in an international matrix environment.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize accounting processes, increase efficiency, and strengthen internal controls.
• Ensure smooth operational continuity and contribute to maintaining a stable, well-performing accounting function.

International Finance Environment

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Accounting Team Leader to join our international finance organization and support our Poland-based accounting team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining operational accounting expertise with people leadership and cross-functional collaboration. You will play a key role in ensuring stability, continuity, and operational excellence within the accounting function while partnering closely with regional finance leaders across Europe.

You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment where adaptability, teamwork, and strong communication skills are essential. This is a highly visible role with real impact on both team performance and business operations.

Your Main Responsibilities
