The DOUGLAS Group is seeking candidates for a full-time accounting position in Warsaw. You will manage accounting documents, verify accuracy, and support daily tasks within the Accounting Department.

Qualifications

• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Availability for 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, sorting, and archiving accounting documents.
• Verifying documents for formal and accounting accuracy.
• Maintaining a register of incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• Providing ongoing support with the Accounting Department’s daily tasks.
• Cooperating with other departments at the head office and with perfumeries.
