About the Role

Stilino is looking for an Accounting Specialist to take charge of the company’s finance and bookkeeping functions. This is a key position that combines structure and flexibility — ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, wants autonomy, and is ready to improve processes that support the business.

You’ll work closely with the leadership team and help bring clarity and order to the company’s financial operations, whether you're managing accounts internally or coordinating with the external accounting firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full accounting
  • Post purchase and sales invoices
  • Verify documentation for accuracy and compliance
  • Prepare tax declarations, summaries, and financial reports
  • Collaborate with the accounting office (if some tasks remain external)
  • Oversee payments and document workflows
  • Support management on finance and accounting matters
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in accounting roles
  • Strong knowledge of Polish tax and accounting regulations
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Collaborative mindset and flexible approach
Nice to Have
  • Experience in the construction industry
  • Familiarity with accounting software (any system)
  • Interest in streamlining processes and implementing improvements
What’s in It for You
  • Long-term position with a company that’s growing steadily
  • Flexible form of collaboration: Employment contract or B2B
  • Salary aligned with your experience
  • On-site work in Katowice in a friendly and informal setting
  • Flexible start time (between 7:00 and 9:00)
  • A team culture based on trust, respect, and zero corporate nonsense
  • Real impact on how the accounting and finance function is built and improved
Why Join Stilino?

You won’t just be the person who “does the numbers” — you’ll be a core part of a team that listens, appreciates your work, and gives you room to shape things. If you’re looking for stability, professional growth, and a workplace where people genuinely like working together — this might be your next home.
