Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 2 years as an accountant or accounting specialist.
• Practical knowledge of Polish accounting and tax rules.
• English B1+
• Good Excel.
• Accuracy and organisation.
• Experience in a tech or manufacturing company and with R&D or publicly funded project accounting is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of Comarch ERP Optima (mandatory)

Responsibilities

• Post cost, sales and bank documents; verify them for formal and financial accuracy.
• Reconcile ledger accounts and support month-end and year-end closing.
• Prepare tax declarations and financial reports.
• Maintain fixed and intangible asset records.
• Track changes in accounting and tax rules.
