Job summary

A leading beverage company located in Województwo śląskie, Poland, is seeking a Finance or Accounting professional. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience, a degree in Finance or Accounting, and strong analytical skills. Responsibilities include operational delivery, team performance monitoring, and communication with stakeholders. Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting.
  • Very good understanding of the end-to-end Record to Report process.
  • Excellent written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

  • Act as team ambassador of Team’s vision and strategy.
  • Support TL in operational meetings and daily huddles.
  • Monitor team’s daily performance.
  • Be first escalation point for the team.
  • Deliver monthly control reports.

Your responsibilities would include:

  • knowing and acting as team ambassador of Team’s vision and strategy
  • backing up of TL in operational meetings with OpCo, daily huddles with team
  • being responsible for operational delivery based on business objectives with expected quality
  • monitoring team’s daily performance
  • being first escalation point for the team
  • ensuring that effective controls are executed, delivering monthly control reports
  • proactively raising any issue on design and execution of controls
  • proposing changes to make controls effective and efficient
  • bringing constructive challenging ideas, taking ownership of agreed actions.

You are a great candidate if You have:

  • bachelors or master’s degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 3+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting
  • accounting knowlage
  • ability to effectively communicate and coordinate others
  • advanced Excel skills
  • strong analytical skills
  • very good understanding of the end-to-end Record to Report process
  • excellent written and verbal English.
