Job summary

FinanceWithin in Poland is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee the month-end close process and work closely with clients. You will be responsible for managing financial reports, ensuring accounting accuracy, and offering consultancy services.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of full cycle accounting experience, strong QBO and Xero skills, and a proactive approach to client engagement.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in full cycle accounting.
• 2+ years of experience in a multi-client or consulting role.
• Firm grasp of accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end closing and accounting activities for clients.
• Cash Flow projection and communicating cash position.
• Ensure proper margin recognition and reconcile transactions.
• Manage Accounts Receivable and Payables.
