Zusammenfassung

Getinge in Kraków is looking for a meticulous junior accountant to support daily finance tasks in a dynamic environment.

You will manage bank postings, journal entries, and basic reconciliations, while assisting with intercompany tasks, simple data reporting, and invoice processing for PO and NON-PO invoices. English proficiency is essential, and accounting studies are an asset.

Qualifikationen

• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Able to work well in a team and manage time effectively.

Aufgaben

• Assist in daily finance tasks such as bank postings and journal entries.
• Handle low complexity account reconciliations and intercompany activities.
• Prepare data reports and process invoices (PO and NON-PO).
• Assist with travel expense processing and respond to vendor queries.
• Support pre-close and month-end closing processes with supervision.

Jobbeschreibung

• Meets deadlines and demonstrates quality when processing assigned tasks
• Participate in daily activities depending on the department (for example: bank postings, Journal Entries, low complexity account reconciliations, intercompany related tasks, simple data reporting, invoice processing for PO or NON-PO invoices, processing of travel expenses, treatment of vendor’s queries etc.)
• With support of senior colleagues handles customer inquiries such as Account Reports, basic analysis, etc.
• Actively contributes with daily activities, pre close and month end closing processes (less complex tasks)
• Contributes to creation and maintenance of process documentation
• Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned
• Complies with company’s policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel), good computer literacy
• Very good knowledge of English (written and oral)
• Knowledge of other foreign language will be an asset

• Studies (terminated or in progress) related to economy or accounting will be an asset
