Job summary

A multinational company in Poland is seeking a recent graduate for a role involving sales opportunity reporting and commission calculations. Candidates should possess strong communication skills in English and be detail-oriented, with a good understanding of IT tools such as Excel and databases. Qualifications

• Excellent English (B2+/C1)
• Recent graduate in technical or finance field
• Very high attention to detail, assertiveness, responsibility and self-motivation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Sound IT awareness, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Databases
• Knowledge of Finance is advantageous
• Knowledge of SAP is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Preparing Sales Opportunity report on weekly basis
• Reviewing report Won Opportunities and validating input data
• Resolving discrepancies with Accounts Managers
• Reconciliation Commission Report containing all Won Opportunities
• Calculating Commissions
• Preparing Individual Statements
• Applying adjustments to commission plan and targets
• Distribution Individual Statements to each AM
• Resolving queries raised by AM

Skills
