WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You'll join our EMEA Finance team at our Global Business Services (GBS) hub in Warsaw, a center of expertise and collaboration. In this role, you'll work closely with senior colleagues, including Finance Managers and Directors across our DACH offices, as well as potentially other Bain offices across the EMEA region. You'll support core accounting processes and help ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting.
WHERE YOU'LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
As an Accountant (internally called Coordinator, General Accounting), you'll report directly to the EMEA Finance Manager and work closely with experienced colleagues who will support you in your day-to-day responsibilities.
You'll take ownership of your assigned markets while benefiting from the support of the wider team. You'll play an important role in General Ledger activities across DACH and other EMEA markets, helping to ensure accurate, complete, and timely financial reporting while collaborating with stakeholders across the region.
