Job summary

Miele Tehnica Romania is seeking a detail-oriented payments specialist to support posting and allocation of payments, manage credits, and address customer payment queries. The role involves reconciliation of accounts, clarifying payment differences, handling dunning queries via emails and calls, processing refunds, and supporting collection activities in a cross-cultural team with strong MS-Office skills.

You will work closely with finance and customer service to ensure accurate, timely cash
