Job summary

Heilind Electronics Europe seeks an Accountant with a strong Accounts Payable focus to join our Finance team in Kraków. You will support daily accounting operations, month-end closing and continuous process improvement in an international environment.

Responsibilities include processing invoices, reconciling supplier accounts, intercompany activity, and contributing to ERP improvements and audits. Polish VAT knowledge and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of accounting experience in AP and/or GL.
• University degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• Good knowledge of Polish accounting and VAT regulations.
• Very good English.
• Good Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (Dynamics 365 BC) is a plus.

Our Requirements:
