Responsibilities
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key clients, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Manage a portfolio of several accounts and serve as the face of the company to all clients in all business and operational matters.
  • Perform daily campaign performance analytics and optimisation.
  • Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement to meet monthly KPIs.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of services according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Continuously monitor and analyse user acquisition data from different sources; employ critical insights for ongoing performance improvement and to maximise ROI through scale and process optimisation.
