  • Willingness to travel frequently across Poland, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia.
  • Category B driving license.

Location: Poland (hybrid – Olkusz & home office)

Role Purpose

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager who will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships across Poland, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia. The person in this role will report to the European sales structures and work closely with technical and marketing teams.

This is a hybrid position, combining work from the office near Olkusz and remote work from home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop sales of the company’s products (masterbatches, polymer raw materials) in the PL/CZ/SK markets
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with industrial clients
  • Actively acquire new customers and business partners
  • Conduct commercial negotiations and prepare sales offers
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Regularly report sales results and plan development activities
  • Collaborate closely with the technical and production teams to provide product and application support
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales within the masterbatch or polymer raw materials industry
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Polish and English (minimum B1 level); knowledge of Czech or Slovak will be an advantage
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Poland, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia
  • Category B driving license
