This role will be required to cover German speaking clients.You will manage an existing portfolio of Financial Buy Side and Sell Side customers with a strong focus on revenue retention and gross sales. You are responsible for organizing a strategic approach to retain existing revenue and generate new gross revenue sales, mainly remotely, via calls and e-mail, social media and other digital communication tools. The successful candidate will be a resourceful, motivated individual with a high level of intellectual curiosity, especially towards the financial markets. Sense of ownership, proactivity and strong ambition are prerequisites for successful application for the role.Responsibilities Include:* Manage, retain and grows revenue from the book* Establish strong, long-term customer relationships, and cultivate new business opportunities* Maintain relationships with key decision makers and build a strong reputation in German speaking financial market* Develop a high velocity and high-speed mindset to multiply touch points with customers and answer with an high reactivity to their inquiries* Develop and proactively implement retention and growth-centric account strategies* Apply knowledge of business and its constituent workflows to conceive and position value-added solutions to promote sales and revenue growth* Collaborate and drive account team and/or other business units where required and have oversight of all account activities* Be responsible for forecasting, keep management in touch with accounts in a timely fashion, gather intelligence on competitor activity, and give feedback to other internal stakeholders* Act as point of contact for the clients and provide the client with accurate information in a timely manner* Diligently track customer activity in internal systems in order to execute on account strategy and identify additional opportunities**Successful candidates will have the majority of the following skills and experience:*** Good business acumen and a working knowledge of the financial industry* Fluent in English and German.* Shows autonomy, sense of ownership and initiative and has persuasive sales ability* Has the flexibility to adapt to a fast-changing environment and works well under pressure* A high level of energy, self-motivation, competitiveness, and a desire to positively impact the business* Selling skills (identity, develop and articulate simple to complex proposition/consultative selling)* Strong negotiating and influencing skills needed in order to handle objections and convert leads into prospects* Creative problem solver with an entrepreneurial spirit* Strong customer focus work ethic* Proven track record of sales or high achievements within a target driven environment* Graduate level education* A proven ability to learn quickly* Strong interpersonal skills, ability to develop and execute a sales plan, ability to use a variety of technology with a high level of proficiency* Problem solving--ability to understand, articulate, structure and solve client needs**Career Stage:**Senior Associate**Compensation Information:**LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits.
