Job summary

ABAX AS in Gdańsk is seeking an Account Executive to join our growing team. You’ll run the full sales cycle from prospecting to signed contracts with coaching and clear targets.

Fluent Polish and strong English are required. You’ll build relationships with customers, identify opportunities in the Gdańsk area, and manage a clean CRM pipeline using HubSpot. This is a full-time role with development potential in a dynamic, international environment.

Responsibilities

• Run deals through the full sales cycle, from prospecting to signed contract, with support and coaching from the team.

• Keep a clean, up-to-date pipeline in our CRM and own your daily and weekly activity towards monthly and quarterly targets.
• Understand what customers struggle with in managing their vehicles, tools and equipment, and explain clearly how ABAX solves it.
• Build relationships with prospects and handle conversations, including the difficult ones, with growing confidence.
• Take part in training and coaching, and share what you learn with the rest of the team.
