The role involves business development, managing key accounts, and executing sales strategies. This is a full-time remote position with commission-based compensation.

We are seeking a results-driven Account & Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth in the Central and Eastern European (CEE) market, specifically focusing on Poland, the Czech Republic, Eastern Europe and Baltic countries.
The role involves a strategic balance of recruiting and growing key machine builders, integrators and OEM accounts while actively driving new end-user (manufacturers) business through strategic prospecting and sales initiatives.
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field, and have confirmed experience (3 to 5 years) in a similar role, ideally in automation, robotics or related industrial technology sector.
Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Polish, Czech and German is a significant advantage for daily client communication.
