ABB zaprasza na 3-miesięczny płatny staż w programie ABB AI for Finance Challenge w Krakowie. Uczestnicy będą pracować nad realnym wyzwaniem w obszarze finansów z wykorzystaniem AI, tworzyć prototypy i modele biznesowe oraz uczyć się pitchingu przed komisją.

Wymagane są 2–4 rok studiów o profilu technicznym lub finansowym, podstawowa znajomość Pythona, REST API i Git, angielski na poziomie minimum B2 oraz dyspozycyjność 15–20h/tydzień, w tym 60% zdalnie i 40% w biurze ABB w Krakowie.

• Student in technical or finance-related field; 2nd–4th year.
• Zainteresowanie AI/IT i nowymi technologiami, znajomość narzędzi AI.
• Podstawowa znajomość Pythona, REST API i Git.
• Biegła znajomość angielskiego (co najmniej B2).
• Dostępność 15–20 godzin/tydzień; 60% zdalnie, 40% w biurze.

Responsibilities

• Pracuj nad realnym wyzwaniem z obszaru finansów z użyciem narzędzi AI.
• Buduj prototypy i modele biznesowe.

At ABB AI for Finance Challenge, during a 3-month paid internship, you will:

• work on a real-life business challenge from the finance area, using AI tools to develop practical solutions and bring your ideas to life
• build your own prototypes and business models
• turn your ideas into impactful solutions and learn how to pitch them
• benefit from design thinking and practical workshops

The program will conclude with a final event, where you’ll pitch your idea in front of a jury. The best ideas will be re-warded with a long-term paid internship at ABB!

The Ideal Candidate For The Program Should

• be a 2nd–4th year student in a technical or finance-related field
• have an interest in AI/IT and modern technologies and knowledge of widely used AI tools
• have basic knowledge of Python, REST API, and Git
• have a very good command of English (minimum B2 level)
• be available 15-20 hours per week (60% remote, 40% from the office)
• be creative, proactive team player

Nice To Have

• familiarity with LangChain / RAG concepts
• basic data-handling skills (e.g., Pandas / JSON)
• experience working with APIs (e.g., OpenAI or similar)
• own AI-related projects (academic or personal)
