Job summary

ABB zaprasza do zespołu zajmującego się zabezpieczeniami OT w środowiskach Distributed Control Systems. Będziesz analizować systemy OT pod kątem cyberzagrożeń i prowadzić oceny podatności, projektować bezpieczne rozwiązania oraz tworzyć dokumentację techniczną dla klientów.

Rola zakłada pracę w modelu hybrydowym, częste podróże po Polsce i pracę w międzynarodowym środowisku. Wymagana jest dobra znajomość angielskiego i zdolność do efektywnego komunikowania skomplikowanych koncepcji technicznych.

Qualifications

• Wykształcenie: lic. lub magister w dziedzinie technicznej.
• Doświadczenie lub zainteresowanie IT/OT (Information Technology / Operational Technology).
• Znajomość Windows i Linux, administrowanie serwerami (Dell, HPE itp.), sieci i AD.

Responsibilities

• Analizuj systemy OT pod kątem zagrożeń cybernetycznych.
• Wykonuj oceny podatności i skany w środowiskach przemysłowych z użyciem narzędzi zabezpieczeń.
• Identyfikuj podatności CVE i przygotowuj raporty ryzyka.
• Projektuj i dostarczaj rozwiązania cybersecurity do eliminacji podatności.
• Twórz dokumentację techniczną i deliverables dla klientów.
• Zapewnij wysoki poziom wsparcia dla użytkowników końcowych i klientów.

Your Role And Responsibilities

We are currently looking for an OT Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work on cybersecurity-related topics for Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and support the protection of industrial automation environments against cyber threats.

You Will Be Mainly Accountable For

• Analyze Operational Technology (OT) control systems for cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and scans in industrial environments using specialized security tools.
• Identify vulnerabilities (CVEs) and prepare cybersecurity risk assessment reports.
• Design and deliver cybersecurity solutions to remediate identified vulnerabilities.
• Develop technical documentation and cybersecurity deliverables for end customers.
• Ensure a high level of support and service for end users and customers.

Qualifications For The Role

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field, preferably Automation, Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related discipline.
• Experience or interest in technologies operating at the intersection of IT and OT (Information Technology / Operational Technology).
• Knowledge of Windows and Unix/Linux operating systems, server administration (Dell, HPE, and others), network management, and Active Directory configuration.
• Understanding of patch management processes and backup solutions across various IT environments.
• Strong sense of responsibility, self-government, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Innovative problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn modern technologies and technical solutions.
• Valid category B driving license and willingness to travel frequently (up to 50% of working time), primarily within Poland using a company vehicle.
• Ability to deliver technical presentations and communicate technical concepts effectively.
• Good knowledge of English, enabling effective communication in an international environment

Nice to Have

• SEP electrical qualifications up to 1 kV (operation and supervision).
• Experience with industry-recognized vulnerability scanning tools.
• Professional cybersecurity certifications.
• Programming experience in any language (e.g., Python, Java, or similar).
