Job summary

Twenty5 seeks an experienced Functional Consultant with Aerospace & Defense manufacturing expertise to implement Twenty5 solutions for client ERP/CRM processes. You will work directly with clients to translate business needs into functional configurations while supporting integration, testing, and data mapping.

SQL knowledge is advantageous, and SAP ECC/S4HANA or CRM experience is preferred. This client-facing role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills in a remote UK setting.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of Functional Consulting experience.
• 3+ years supporting Aerospace & Defense Manufacturing environments.
• Strong Manufacturing business process knowledge.
• Experience with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, or CRM platforms preferred.
• Experience with business process mapping and improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent client‑facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• SQL knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications.
• Configure and support the Twenty5 platform.
• Support ERP and CRM processes, testing, and documentation.
• Lead System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Support integrations, reporting, and data mapping.
• Write SQL queries when required.
• Partner with business and technical teams to deliver successful client outcomes.
• Provide ongoing functional support and process improvement recommendations.
