Bpxglobal is seeking an SAP Concur Functional Consultant to support a global FMCG client. You will handle day-to-day SAP Concur operations, configure workflows, and collaborate with users and regional teams to ensure smooth travel and expense processes.

The role focuses on ongoing functional support, configuration, and close collaboration with a global team. The position is mainly remote with occasional travel, and start ASAP until Dec 2026 with potential extension.

SAP Concur Functional Consultant – Global FMCG

We are looking for a SAP Concur Functional Consultant to support a global FMCG client. The role focuses on ongoing functional support, configuration and close collaboration with users and the global team.

• Contract: B2B
• Start: ASAP
• Duration: Until the end of December 2026, with a potential extension into 2027
• Allocation: 80–100%, preferably full-time
• Location: Mainly remote, with possible travel once per quarter; travel expenses covered by the client
• Regional scope: Primarily Europe, with some support for APAC

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day SAP Concur functional support, helping users resolve issues and navigate travel and expense processes.
• Maintain and adjust SAP Concur configuration in line with business requirements.
• Support end-to-end process flows, including expense claims, approval workflows, travel bookings, trips and exception handling.
• Investigate process and system issues, coordinate resolution with relevant teams and keep users informed.
• Support integrations between SAP Concur, SAP and other connected systems, working with technical teams to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with the global team to ensure consistent processes and effective support across regions.
• Explain system behaviour and guide users through complex cases and exceptions.

Requirements

• Practical experience in SAP Concur functional support and configuration.
• Strong understanding of travel and expense processes, including expense claims, approval workflows, bookings, trips and exceptions.
• Experience supporting SAP Concur integrations with SAP and other enterprise systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and translate business needs into configuration changes or clear guidance for users.
• Strong communication skills, patience and a proactive approach to user support.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a global team.
• English proficiency sufficient for daily communication with international users and stakeholders.
