In this role, you will:

• Ensure smooth operation of AzureCloud and VMbased tkSE applications hosted by DXC.
• Handle Incident and Problem Management, including troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis.
• Support Capacity, Change, and Release Management, including updates and deployments.
• Contribute to Backup & Recovery processes with the hosting partner.
• Maintain Security & Compliance, including IAM and Vulnerability Management.
• Prepare SLA reports and support continuous service improvement.
• Advise application owners and participate in regular coordination meetings.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

• Are fluent in German and English.
• Have experience managing cloud or VMbased enterprise applications.
• Know ITIL basics for Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
• Bring practical skills in Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, and virtualized environments.
• Understand key security areas like IAM, vulnerability handling, and compliance.
