thyssenkrupp Group Services Gdańsk Sp. z o.o. seeks an IT Operations professional to ensure reliable operation of AzureCloud and VM-based tkSE applications hosted by DXC.

You will handle incidents and problems, support capacity and release processes, and contribute to backup, security, and compliance efforts. The role requires ITIL knowledge, experience with Microsoft Azure and Windows Server, and collaboration with hosting partners and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German and English.
• Experience managing cloud or VM-based enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of ITIL basics and service management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of AzureCloud and VM-based tkSE applications.
• Handle Incident and Problem Management with troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Support Capacity, Change, and Release Management including deployments.
• Contribute to Backup & Recovery processes with the hosting partner.
• Maintain Security & Compliance including IAM and Vulnerability Management.
• Prepare SLA reports and support continuous service improvement.
• Advise application owners and participate in regular coordination meetings.
